Simple Hamburger Stroganoff
I am going to start this off with a big WOW!! I am eating it right now and it is sooo good!!I haven't made stroganoff in a very long time and this is much better than mine. I used rice instead of noodles, halved the amount of cream cheese and added garlic salt to the hamburger. Those are the only things I changed. One thing I wish I would have changed though, is the amount of hamburger. I don't think there is enough. There is a lot of the creamy, wonderful sauce, but not enough hamburger. I would probably add about a half pound more next time and it will be prefect. Oh and another thing I did different was I mixed everything except the rice together instead of two seperate things, and I just served it over rice.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
The stew wasnt at all what I was expecing. It tasted more like my pot roast than beef stew. It wasn't thick like beef stew normally is, but more like a beef soup...This one isnt going into my recipe box. Sorry
