This was delicious! I did have to use chicken bullion, and I didn't have any coconut but those were the only changes I made. My husband suggested I make it again and add some chicken to make it a one dish meal. I will also roast twice as many edamame and save half for snacking later.

Great Pumpkin Dessert

I took this to a potluck at work, it got rave reviews, and several people asked me for the recipe. Very easy to make with ingredients you can keep on hand for last minute functions. It is awesome with whipped cream on top, and I will definitely make this again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

My family loved this. I threw this together when I had nothing planned for dinner, and we didn't want to order pizza. I added carrots and some cheese and corn at the end, but it was good before I threw in the cheese. I will definitely make this again.

Kabob Marinade

I tried this recipe with moose meat, and it was terrific. I used low-sodium soy sauce and made kabobs with the meat and some peppers and pineapple. Everybody loved it. I will definitely use this again.

Chocolate Mint Brownies

Brie Cheese Appetizer

I made this with pepper jelly, and it was awesome. I've been wanting to make it with the pepper jelly but was afraid to ruin the brie. It's the only way I'll serve it now. It was a big hit!! I also baked it in a round dish so whatever leaked out was absorbed by the dough and, it didn't look so messy.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

I took this salad to a dinner party, and it was a big hit. I added the mandarin oranges and the orange cranberries like someone suggested. It made a very classy salad that went well with seafood.

Tater Tot Bake

This was a big hit with the kids and easy to make. I cooked the hamburger a couple of days ahead of time and made this on a day when I didn't have very much time. I added a can of mixed veggies and some season salt and pepper.

Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Pecan Sauce

My husband requested bread pudding so I tried this recipe and he loved it. I used Southern Comfort instead of bourbon. He wants me to make this for Thanksgiving instead of pumpkin pie!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

I made this recipe for a party, and it was a big hit. It was very easy to make and roasting the garlic gave it a very good flavor. I will definitely add this to my permanent file!
