Marinade for Chicken

Easy Mediterranean Fish

AWESOME WITH ADJUSTMENTS I took a previous reviewer's advise and added garlic, worcestershire, celery and replaced the water with additioanl clam broth. My family loved it.

Cuban Midnight Sandwich

I substituted sliced pork loin for the turkey and mixed the 3 condiments all together (as others had suggested). I grilled them on my panini press and my family gobbled them up!!!

Chimichurri Sauce for Steaks

I substituted red wine vinegar for sherry wine vinegar and omitted the cayenne pepper and it was a huge hit on grilled flank steak. I also marinated some shrimp and grilled them but they weren't as tasty as the steak. I Will definately be making this (for steak) again!!!

Excellent with the following revisions (suggested by other reviewers): reduced dill to 2 tablespoons, black pepper to 1 teaspoon, used Snow's canned clams & fresh baby bliss potatoes.
