Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes
My husband absolutely loved them. I took other raters advice and drained/pressed the zucchini as well as baking them in my convection oven on a cookie sheet. They browned nicely. I grated the onion and increased the Old Bay to 1.5 tsp. I did not coat the patties in flour before baking. I will make them again for sure.

Cheeseburger Soup I
We all loved this hearty winter soup. I took another reviewer's suggestion and substituted beef for the chicken broth and omitted the sour cream. Just sprinkled a little shredded cheese on top as a garnish. I will def make it again!!

Chimichurri Sauce for Steaks
I substituted red wine vinegar for sherry wine vinegar and omitted the cayenne pepper and it was a huge hit on grilled flank steak. I also marinated some shrimp and grilled them but they weren't as tasty as the steak. I Will definately be making this (for steak) again!!!
