I'm currently a student in the Baking & Pastry Arts program at The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA. I love cooking. But I think being a vegetarian has kept me from persuing a culinary degree. Vegetarian food. Although I do cook things with meat in it for my friends, I still like cooking vegetarian food and proving to them that it really isn't that bad when it's done right. The holidays were always big. There was always so much food that you ate until you couldn't eat anymore then you eat again then take more home with you. Hmm...I'm always surprised by something. I'm finding that I'm better at making bread from scratch than I thought I was. Not finding the design I wanted for my Wedding Cake final in school.
