Hi just a northern bird who had to go to Texas to find a cowboy. I learned to make all the southern foods.. i love italian and deserts....was a baker...and cake decorator..I love to make specailty cookies.. we have strufoli at christmas and definitley cornbread dressing over the bread stuff. I make JESUS a bithday cake. I make my mom's Puerto Rican chicken and Rice..yummy every time i get to cook for someone else I triumph! recently i had two containers in my pantry and my husband went to get me the flour well it turned out to be powder sugar... that was a sweet gravy!
