Juicy Pork Chops

Aptly named. This recipe is ridiculously easy and very tasty. I marinated 3 hours and used fresh garlic. I will make it again.

Frozen Chocolate Graham 'Ice Cream' Sandwiches

Very kid friendly to prepare and eat. We also made a variation -- honey graham crackers, a thin spread of melted chocolate and whipped topping. This combination tastes like frozen s'mores.

Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake Bites

Very tasty, easy to make and allows each guest to have a nibble of cheesecake without the guilt of a full slice. I used a no-stick flexipan and did not use the non-stick spray, but I had trouble removing the cakes from the pan. Next time I'll use the spray. I'll make them again.

Leftover Chicken Croquettes

I am glad I read the reviews before trying this. 3 eggs are required. I served the croquettes with hot sauce, green salad for a light meal. The dish is easy, very tasty and received complements from my family. I will definitely make this again.
