This truly is a terrific recipe. The sharp chedder cheese flavor is tangy and omnipresent. The noodle melt in your mouth and everyone loved it. It also freezes well. I reheted in waterproof air tight bag in boiling water and added a little milk to make oit more creamy.

Sweet and flavorful. Chips go great with salsa. The colder it's served the better it tastes.

Mexican Lasagna I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2006
I thought this recipe was terrific. The refried beans withthe spices gave the ground beef tons of flavor. The Picante sauce and water were just enoughto saturate and soften the pasta. the olives and sour cream were a nice touch and the cheese on top really worked. 1improvement would be to add some cheese to each of the layers to give it a stringier consisency and cheesier flavor.

Barbecued Beef Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2006
I followed to the T. The juice from the tomatoes , vinegar and water dried out and I had to keep adding water. The medium heat caused the meat to burn on 1 side. The meat did not get very tender. The flavopr was ok and I added more sugar and some ketchup to recipe at the end after I shredded the meat to give it some juice. It had a slight burnt taste and was a little tough.

Turkey Frame Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2006
The Turkey soup has a good flavor and an interesting taste withthe additon of the turnips and parsnips. I don't think the beans were necessary to add to the overall flavor. All in all the soup was hearty and colorful.
