Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Moistest cornbread we've ever had. I baked for 30 minutes and the flavor was amazing. Perfect with butter and honey.

Easy Paella
I use this as my paella base recipe everytime and get so many compliments. Some things I've learned: 1. If you use brown rice, add a bit more liquid (maybe the juice form the lemon too or some extra broth) so that the rice cooks in more juice AND for longer than 20 min. until all is absorbed. 2. Don't be scared of the saffron. It's the secret ingredient in authentic paella. I use 3 or 4 times the amount asked for here. 3. I use spicy sausage. All around excellent recipe.

Shrimp Stir-Fry
This is a good basic stir fry recipe, but a bit too dry for my liking, so I added 1/2 c orange juice into the sauce as it was thickening to make it a bit saucier.
