Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2013
I always make a recipe as written and this came out wonderful. Thank you will make again. However another reviewer had a problem with the ingredients in the bag and garlic sticking. I didn't have much garlic on the bag and the little I did I just turned bag inside out and tapped it and it fell into the dish.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2013
I always make a recipe as written. I only tweak it to my taste if it was good enough to make a second time and needs more or less spices. No tweaking here. Excellent! Just the two of us, therefore I simply cut the recipe in half and made one loaf. Should have made the two. Very moist, flavorful and probably the best banana nut bread I have ever made. Thank you for sharing!

Best Ever Party Appetizer

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2012
DENTAL FLOSS, really...OMG what a helpful tip. I laughed and tried to use my very very sharp knife but goat cheese is "fragile" and it crumbled. SO I pulled out the dental floss. Beautiful cut, sliced right through time & time again. My dish turned out very pretty with evenly sliced goat cheese, thanks to you Dining Diva!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2012
John, Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I made the sauce up yesterday since it had to simmer 1 1/2hrs. Today I leisurely put the rest together. It didn’t take long at all. I'm salt sensitive so I didn't add the 1/2 tsp to the cheese mixture but I followed everything else exactly as you said. It is wonderful. I no longer have to look for a good Lasagna recipe to bake… this is it. My husband & son were so impressed and I said I can't take the credit, it is the recipe. I added nothing to the ingredients, it's a proven winner.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts II

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
In a hurry, so I put the water chestnuts in the sauce and mixed, took one out at a time and wrapped each in 1/2 slice bacon with no toothpick. Lined a cookie tray with parchment paper then top with a wired rack. Spray rack to keep bacon from sticking.Placed on wired rack with bacon tucked underside Baked 350 for 30 minutes, and then lightly spoon dabbed sauce on top of each and baked another 5 to 7 minutes. Cooled 15 minutes. Amazing no grease on chestnuts because of wired rack and crisp and crunchy and sauce caramelized on top and you could taste the flavor of the sauce on the inside. You can now use a toothpick or pick up with your fingers. Thank You!!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
Made EXACTLY as recipe indicated. We liked the flavor of the white sauce which I'm sure is due to the chicken broth and mayo. Very creamy, very very good. If I were to change anything then it would no longer be the recipe intended and far too many people are doing this on many recipes. Comments should only be on the recipe written, not with your additives. If you want to make it your way,and you have a good idea, submit yours. Comments on taste is what this is all about. This was good as it!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
Followed ingredient directions exactly. I made 8 regular muffins and 12 mini muffins. Enough batter for all but had plenty of crumb mixture left over even though I generously covered the muffins with the mixture. Baked 400 for both 15 minutes for mini muffins and 25 for regular. EXCELLENT RECIPE . They were amazing better than any bakery out there.

Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
So easy, so fast. and I didn't fine it too spicy. Thought it was just right. I only had yukon gold potatoes and it was fine. I put the oil in gallon size baggie, then potatoes, onions and all the spices. Zipped it up and proceeded to mix all the ingrediients. Everything was blended wonderfully and just poured out into greased 9/13 glass pan. I did forget to add the cheese but the dish was excellent as it. Thanks...

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2006
Loved it.Very easy to make. Followed the direction to a "T". We had some left over for the next night and when we heated it up I added more cheddar on top and it was even better. In fact when I make it next time about 5 minutes before its done I will add more cheese on top. Thanks for the recipe
