Sweet, Spicy, and Salty Popcorn

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2015
This tasted like a India spiced popcorn to me. After I ate a bit of it and got used to the taste I enjoyed it but my husband and son hated it.

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2014
Great flavor! Followed the recipe exactly for the burgers. But for the mayo sauce I used Sriracha (to taste) instead of the Cajun seasoning that I used in the burgers.

Very nice! I used 1T honey and 1T sugar-free coconut syrup, everything else exactly as stated. Would be wonderful with whipped cream on top.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2006
This is a nice and mildly spicy chowder. I did add one extra cup of potatoes. And since I was out of celery, I sauteed some carrot with the onion. I did use a can of creamed corn and some frozen corn. If you don't want the spice just use regular Velveeta instead of the Mexican style. It's a good recipe and worth trying.
