Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2006
Very good, I made a few changes for my familys taste I used the whole 5 link package of hot italian sausage, 8 cups of chicken broth, 7 cups of cubed potatoes so it is not too spicy and 1/2 cup of cream, all the other ingredients the same as the original recipe

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
This was great with a few changes, I doubled the artichokes, mushrooms, oil, and butter, added cream and corn starch to thicken sauce. Next time I make I think I will cube the chicken after browning and see if a can of cream of mushroom soup will thicken the sauce

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
I made this exactly as the recipe, I thought the recipe was wrong because of how liquid it was and seemed like the ingredients spread pretty thinly for the size of the pain but it turned out great and is even better the next day, if there is any left the next day, pan fried like a potato patty. Next time I fix it I will add more turkey, stuffing maybe more cheese, yes it was bland but still good comfort food. This will be part of our left over recipes staple.

Chicken and Mushroom Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
I made this recently and it is a keeper, I did add corn as suggested in previous reviews and the 1/2 water was changed to chicken broth also, though I think more chicken broth is needed for this to be a chowder because as left overs it is no longer a chowder and more like a casserole. Next time I will add more chicken broth and I think I will make it with wild rice.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
It was great I follow previous reviews suggestions, used the whole can of milk, none of the fresh milk, 3 eggs, 3 Tbs of bisquick, mexican mix shredded cheese, canned chopped chili's and enchilada sauce instead of tomato sauce. Will still make some adjustments next time.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
The only thing I did different was mix the onion soup mix with the other soup and water. My husband who does not like onion soup mix loved this and was already talking about different ways to make it, great base for other ideas and very easy.

Feta Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
I only gave 4 stars because I made a change to it. It was a little too tart for me so I added one pkg of cream cheese, I would definitely do this again, all my co-worker were asking for the recipe.

Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2011
I followed this exactly,I did not pound chicken flat,I cooked the chicken 7 min on each side using tongs to turn the chicken as not to pierce the chicken and it came out moist not dry as others had stated there's had came out, the only change I made was to use brown sugar instead of white because that was all I had. This was a nice change of pace and I will make again.
