Chicken In Basil Cream
Very good recipe! I had basil from my garden running over, so I had made pesto and freezed it. So I used the pesto in this recipe where it called for basil and it was superb! I also added a little sweet vermouth to replace some of the chicken broth.

Sweet Potato (Kumara) Wedges
After reading reviews, I made this recipe as directed, but dotted with butter. The flour came out brown and crispy. I would make this again. But don't forget to dot the butter. Otherwise the flour doesn't brown.

Vegetable Dip
This dip was perfect for vege dip. Just the right combination of all ingredients. I also made the vege dip submitted by ccsick that has curry in it. My kids liked it better and were licking the bowl. I liked both as they both have distinctive flavors.
