Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Perfect! Although I used 2 large chicken breasts and 1/2'd the recipe except used the full amount of corn flakes and onion soup mix. Could have used a lot less sour cream even when using 1/2 the recipe. But it was delicious! My 4 year old loved it! Will definitely make again. So moist!

Sesame Beef Tenderloin

This was a pretty good recipe. Didn't feel like the sesame added enough of it's flavor, but didn't detract from the overall flavor of the dish. Will make again.

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

8 hours was way too much for a turkey breast even with the skin on. I'm sure it would be fantastic after 4 hours in the crock pot.

Pecan Breaded Chicken Breasts

This was so simple and so delicious! Only thing I didn't do well enough was to chop the pecans fine enough... it was still great, but I think the coating would have stayed on better if the nuts were chopped finer.

Bread Machine Calzone

This was a great recipe! I substituted Canadian bacon for the sausage to reduce the fat content and it was delicious. One thing that the recipe doesn't mention is the time it takes to make the dough. Our machine takes 2 hours to make the dough so we ended up putting the dough in the refrigerator and making the calzones the next evening. We'll make this again and again! Thanks for the recipe.

Swedish Meatballs

Loved this recipe! Only thing I can say is that the meatballs broke apart fairly easily... maybe a bit more breadcrumb would have helped this situation? Other than that it was wonderful!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This was a good recipe... i think the conversion from 8 to 4 servings is a bit off though as it asked for only 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs...which wouldn't be 1/2 of the original amount. I added more breadcrumbs and only put in 1 cup of cheese instead of the 1 1/2... and it was still a bit too cheesy. I think it would still be just as good with even less cheese.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

LOVED THIS ONE! I have already made it twice. This first time with the wings as per recipe and the second time was with skinless chicken breasts. I definitely like the wings better because the skin was still on (although my husband and I don't eat the skin, but it definitely adds flavor) Thanks for the recipe!

LOVED it! Only suggestion I have is to make sure the dijon sauce is spread evenly over the filet surface so you don't get a thick spot in one bite. We will definitely make this again!

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Very good recipe. A lot of dishes to clean up, but well worth it. Only thing that wasn't clear is how much of the reserved broth to use...it said to cover the tomatillos in the blender by 1", but the liquid I had left after boiling the chicken didn't cover the tomatillos so I used all of the reserve broth. It was really good, but I didn't know if I had the proper consistency or not. Other than that it was excellent.

Perfect Crab Cakes With Green Onions

Very good recipe! I will make again for sure. I ysed Old Bay Crab Cake Mix in place of the regular Old Bay seasoning but everything else I kept the same. Thanks for the recipe!
