I doubled quite a bit of the spices and put quite a bit of pickle in this bread. I wanted it to be flavorful as some other reviews said it was lacking in taste. I did not care for this bread and don't think I will be trying it again. Sorry.

Fettuccini Alfredo I

Excellent texture to the sauce. Bland flavor and took a lot to spice it up. I added shrimp and peas and left out the hot sauce. I also added more flour to my likings of thickness. Will be excellent once I figure out how to give it maximum flavor w/ spices.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

I thought these cookies were good, but they didn't seem to have the flavor I was expecting for some reason. I had to add an egg and 2 Tbsp of milk as the mix was too dry. They came out very moist and chewy and I really loved that!

Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Excellent muffins! Moist and scrumptious! I took some advice from other reviewers and made some changes. I halfed the topping amount and it was about enough to do half the muffins which was good. I used 1 1/2 large apples. I added an egg and added a 1/4 C of milk. These were absolutly wonderful. Thank you so much for the new recipe!
