Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Best cheesecake I've ever made. Though, I don't make it often, as my husband and I can polish it off in two days! Best of all, no water bath needed! Although, I have had some large cracks, but I don't care! It tastes great and that's all that really matters to me!

Great recipe. My only problem is that I have a hard time finding hazelnuts. Wonder what it would be like to substitute Nutella ;)

Potato and Cheese Frittata

The inside tasted pretty good, but the outside inch and a half or so got kind of weird and rubbery. Also, reheated very poorly I thought.

Easy Sausage Strata

Delicious AND easy! This is coming from someone who doesn't really like eggs. I make this every time I host a brunch. BUT, don't forget to read the recipe in advance! You have to remove it from the fridge 1/2 hour before you bake it, and it bakes for a good long while.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Made this as an appetizer when we had some friends over and it was a hit. I then took the leftovers and put in tortillas to make soft tacos. Yum. SO good!

Best Bread Machine Bread

The inside of the loaf was excellent, and the loaf overall was beautiful. Only complaint is that the crust was really, really thick. Though, that may be an artifact of the breadmaker having to cook such a thick loaf all the way through. Next time, maybe I'll use the Dough setting and bake in the oven in a real bread pan.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

I used a deep dish stonware pan, and the crust still rose 1/2" over the top of the pan! 24 minutes was perfection. At first I was a little worried because when I stretched it into the pan, it got a little flabby/ wimpy looking and didn't seem to raise much. But, when it hit the oven - magic!

My Aunt Barb has her famous Butterhorn Rolls, and she has always refused to give out her recipe. Now she's got some competition! Watch out Aunt Barb, I've got a new secret weapon! Delicioous and SO easy!
