These were a little dry but perfect for what I was making them for, a biscuit to sop up gravy with. They were a breeze to make, at first I thought the dough would be too soft but once I slapped it onto a floured table it came together nicely.

Sugarless Bars

These were moist and delicious, I added a jumble of dried fruit bits instead of dates and prunes(not a big fan) and they were still lovely, also boiled the fruits in oj/water mix to slightly sweeten the batter.

Lazy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

It's great for ease. It has a rather unusual texture, creamy and custardy, almost like an egg/cheese custard around noodles. It went over well but I'd like to play more with the recipe.

Holland Butter Cookies

I make alot of cookies and these are not only simple and easy to whip up but a major crowd favorite, I caught my niece licking the crumbs from the bottom of the tin.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

The first time I made them I was called evil. I accidently added 1/4c extra flour the second time and they liked them even better, it becomes a molded cookie recipe, I rolled them into logs and sliced em and they were amazing and pretty and I used mini-chips. This recipe rocks both ways though.
