This is supremely yummy! I used pepperjack cheese to spice it up a little, and as recommended I substituted yogurt for the sour cream. It was tart and tasty!

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

I made this exactly according to directions, and while tasty it was lacking that certain something. I think next time I'll take reviewers' suggestions and add various spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. It was good, very tasty, but could use some zest.

This has a great flavor to it, but turned out much softer than I like my meatloaf to be. I added more crushed crackers until I got to the consistency I wanted.

I, too, make this in muffin tins and find that it freezes well. It's an easy and tasty breakfast that my husband can take to work with him and microwave there. Great recipe!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I made these with white chocolate chips instead, but I'm sure they were every bit as delicious as the regular chocolate chips! They definitely are best straight out of the fridge, and very fluffy and cakey. Delicious!

Banana Pumpkin Bread

This was a very tasty breakfast for our family! Next time I will follow other reviewers' suggestions and split it into two pans - We cooked it for 55 minutes and it was still a little doughy in the middle. Still very delicious, so it will be a keeper!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Simply fantastic as it is - I've been making this recipe for a few months now to fully try it out before I reviewed it. Very flavorful, and the sour cream is definitely the trick to making green bean casserole! I do add french fried onions to the top along with the crackers, just to give it that extra oomph!

Boozy Rice with Nuts and Berries

I followed the recipe to the letter, and it was fantastic! Full of citrus flavor for sure, I think next time I'll cut back on the orange zest... but the mint and orange and marsala blended to become a tasty dish that I was proud to serve. Thanks for a great recipe!

Lunch Box Pizzas

Thank you for a recipe that is easy to make and actually had my kids asking for seconds! I also made mine with mozzarella and used all kinds of other pizza toppings - cheese and hamburger for kid pleasers, meats & veggies for myself and my husband. It's a complete hit!

Drunken Dogs

I made these right before the first game of the World Series while we were waiting for pizza delivery. Needless to say, they were a hit! Never before have I eaten hot dogs and gone back for more... Plus everyone thought I was some kind of extraordinary cook because they were so delicious! Three ingredients baby!
