Baked Potato Soup I

This recipe was SUPER easy! I recommend boiling peeling, dicing, and boiling the potatoes first. I just like mine a little softer for potato soup. Also, by all means add salt to the water before boiling potatoes; they are hard to get salty enough after the fact. Excellent soup! I will make this throughout this winter.

The Best Pecan Pie Dr. Kimberly

This is the BEST pecan pie I've ever eaten! I'll never make any other recipe. Light, less sweet because of less sugar and use of light corn syrup. Creamy filling, Delicious crunchy pecans baked in a deep dish crust. My husband and family love this!
