Spaghetti with Tomato and Sausage Sauce

Very nice flavor, we loved it. I used ground beef in mine. I will make this sauce again but I will add more mushrooms and big chunks of peppers and celery because I like veggies in my sauce. Thanks Melinda I used the leftover sauce to make Pizza burgers and let me tell you the sauce is even better the next day. I had leftover burger patties I put them in a bun with cheese and then the sauce in between and on top of the bun with a little bit of grated cheese. They were good.

Baked French Fries I

These are our favorites so far. The house smelt wonderful wile cooking. I did reduce the chili powder because I did not want my fries spice I just want them flavorful. Thanks a bunch Ashlee.

Pizza Dough II

Good dough thanks Stephen! Make sure you have plenty of time cause it’s a little time consuming, in my case it was I also made the sauce. Oh and kneading that dough sure gives a good arm workout.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

First off I didn’t have cauliflower so it was broccoli casserole. I steamed my broccoli over my rice as it was cooking. I used about three rounded tablespoons of cheese spread because that’s what I had at home, and I also used 3 cooked chicken breast to make it a meal. Oh! And I did not use the crackers, the casserole is really good without it why add all those calories if you don’t need them.

Zucchini Bread III

This is really good bread. I made it exactly as the recipe calls for. I did have a mishap though. I did mention in my profile that my cooking tragedies are always when I’m baking well it happened again. I took the bread out about 1 hr of baking I inserted a toothpick and it came out clean, my little voice told me the toothpick did not reach the bottom but I chose not to listen, the problem came when I when to put it on the cooling rack, the bottom caved in, the bread was not fully cooked, I had to try to put it back in the pan, what a mess. It didn’t turn out nice looking but it sure is good. Next time I will insert a knife or something that I’m sure will reach the bottom of the pan. A lesson learnt.

Cajun Chicken

5 star no doubt about it. 1st of all I made half of the marinade because I only had 6 chicken breast and it was plenty of marinade, 2nd I used olive oil, and finally I refrigerated mine for about 5hrs. They came out very tender and moist. I will make this again and when I do I will probably put a little bit more Cajun seasoning. Thank so much for the great recipe Wood Halsey.

Chili Burgers

Spicy Mexican Salad

Loved it, loved it. We used Ranch because that’s the kind we like and a reviewer said it was good with Ranch. We put the sauce on our individual plates so we all could choose, as little or as much, as we want. The same with the corn chips. I will be bringing this salad for lunch often now; I will put the dressing and chips in different containers and toss when I’m ready for lunch.Oh ya forgot to tell you it's not spicy.

Ground Beef Stroganoff

Bean Quesadillas

I tried this recipe because of a meal idea posted by Melissa it’s called Easy meatless Mexican night. We loved it, it’s soooooo good. I must confess I did put a bit of chicken in mine; I cooked my chicken breast with a bit of taco seasoning mix. We had with these superb Quesadillas the Spicy Mexican Salad that was in Melissa’s meal idea. What a wonderful supper we had. Thank you Jennifer Orriss for the Superb Quesadillas.
