Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: May 8, 2009
As others suggested, I cooked wings for 30 mins a side (frozen). Also seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper. then dipped hot wings in the sauce for a minute or so. popped back in oven for 20-30 mins. So yummy! my kids loved them. I think I will try them on drumsticks and thighs and maybe add redpepper flakes next time. will be making these again and again.

Soft Sandwich Buns

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
I can not say enought good things about this recipe! I followed directions and made in the bread machine. I divided the dough in half. With one half I rolled and cut with a biscuit cutter. the other half, I just made balls (a little nuts I weighted each ball with a kitchen scale to make equal). could not tell the difference once baked. So, i will just roll into balls when i make them from now on. And I will be making these once a week or so from no on. My kids loved them.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
I made this recipe and loved it. Once cooked I chilled it over night and packed it for a road trip. It was very good the next day right out of the picnic basket. This will be on the menu often at my home.

Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Fudge Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
I think this cake was so easy to make and looks fantasitc. I love the mild flavor of the cake and think the icing is over the moon good. Made it in a bunt cake and poored warm icing over cake before it was too thick. I am always looking for not to sweet cakes and this is it. I cant wait till the morning to enjoy this with coffee.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2008
This recipe was so easy and fast! I will be making this all the time. I forgot to add the vanilla and it still tastes great. I chopped the coconut, craisins (had no cherries), nuts, and bananas individually in the food prossesor before I added them to the mixer. I also added 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar. The batter was enough for 4 mini loaf pans and 48 mini muffins.

Mashed Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2007
Thank you for a great recipe. I made it just like the recipe, except I forgot to top it with butter. I did however, sprinkle the top with paprika and dry parsley flakes. It made it much more appealing. I served it to a group of about 10 (doubled the recipe) and there was not a lick left. I will be making this over and over again.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
I have never made bread before and this turned out perfect. Thanks for this recipe. I plan on making it often. I easily doubled the recipe in a stand mixer. It came together perfect and I did not have any trouble rolling out the dough. I think next time I will make smaller loaves and freeze them.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
This was a hit with my whole family. Even my 3yo who won't eat anything new loved it. I did use a small amount of half and half to make the sauce a little thinner. And I followed the advice and broke up the angle hair before cooking it. I can't wait to make it again. Next time I will try veggies of some sort.
