Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2011
Absolutely delicious! I felt like a cavewoman chomping on the bone to get every last bit off! I took the advice of others and broiled the last 5 minutes and reduced the oil to about 1 tbsp. Other than that, didn't change a thing. This went right to my recipe box & I can't wait til next week when I can make again!

Wow, what a delicious batch of cookies. Followed recipe exactly and they came out really good. Just the way I like em. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Perfect! Thanks

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2006
Thanx Littlems. I've never cooked a ham but I took a chance & decided to try this for my guests for this Christmas and it came out soooo good! Followed recipe exactly & couldn't be happier with the results. Used a 6lb. picnic ham, cooked for about 2 hrs. on high and 4 hrs. Fed 7 people and there is hardly anything left over. It just fell apart, no slicing involved. Absolutely delicious!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
I wish I could meet you & give you a hug for how good this meal was! I just got a crock pot for my bday and tried this recipe and it was killer! I coated the roast with the Montreal seasoning & browned it first as suggested by others and used beef broth instead of the water. It was absolutely fall apart delicious. Thanks for a great recipe.

I really liked this recipe. I didn't find that it took long to make as others have. I served it over orzo and added some kalamata olives. I will definitely make again.

Steak Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
Yowza! This is an outstanding salad! The only thing I did different was use a skirt steak in place of the sirloin. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. It was a great compliment to the steak. Will definitely be making again real soon.

Garlic Bread Mama Rita's Way!

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2006
Woohoo! I gave this recipe a try & I am sooo glad I did! It was the perfect garlic bread in every way. The only thing I did different was use oregano instead of basil (none on hand). Went perfect with my Sunday gravy. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks Rita.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2006
I didn't have any tomatoes so I took a shortcut & used some store bought bruschetta that I had. I cooked the shrimp in the oil & a touch of garlic, then added the bruschetta. I topped it with feta & broiled it for a few mins. till it browned. A quick, light & tasty meal. A definite keeper!

Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar

This was a very simple dish to put together and it was really good. I used a little more basil than called for and a little less balsamic. Served it over rice. A definite keeper!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2005
I had artichokes left over from a previous meal and was looking for just the right recipe. This was it! I loved it and the fact that it took literally 10 mins. to put together was another plus. I didn't make any changes..followed it exactly. Will definitely make again.......soon.
