Honey Baked Chicken II

delicious! I used boneless chicken thighs, just a small amount of butter and grilled them instead of baking - but it came out great. Will definitely make again - maybe add a little more curry.

Oven Beef Stew

I loved this stew! I am going to make it again today, but double it and add a can of corn. The 1st time I made it - i should have added some water because the meat and veggies absorbed most of the tomato soup. I was amazed at how great this tasted using a can of tomato soup!
