If you're looking for a good White Chicken Chili, look no further! Two things I did, I added an extra Jalapeno as one doesn't give it much heat (seeded) and I used a Rotiserrie Chicken from the supermarket. Make sure to saute the onion/pepper & garlic, very important, and if it browns on the bottom of the pan...GOOD! When you add the broth just scrape it up, it adds the most wonderful flavor!
