White Chili with Chicken

If you're looking for a good White Chicken Chili, look no further! Two things I did, I added an extra Jalapeno as one doesn't give it much heat (seeded) and I used a Rotiserrie Chicken from the supermarket. Make sure to saute the onion/pepper & garlic, very important, and if it browns on the bottom of the pan...GOOD! When you add the broth just scrape it up, it adds the most wonderful flavor! Broiled Scallops

these were terrible...followed the directions to a tee...came out with a dish full of liquid and I'm not sure they were even done...deleted from my box and will not make again.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

This was delicious and so easy. I used Lipton Veggie mix (has peas in it so I picked them out). I'm going to try Knorr next time as suggested. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe!

Rich Banana Bread

Finally one I can keep---however I still mashed my bananas...somehow leaving the bananas "whole" and having chunks of bananas in the bread didn't seem right...and I think I'm right. Double this recipe with no problems...thanks for sharing.

Sausage Cheese Bites Snack

you must use a sausage with a spice in it to make this delicious. My local butcher blends his own with a special spice and it is not only salty but just a hint of spice (won't tell me what). Otherwise this has always been a hit when I make it. I don't add the water though and yes it takes time to get the items to blend, but well worth it.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

I did as other reviewers: added 1/3 cup oil and 2 eggs, and then I added heaping measurements of the spices and then I sprinkled in some Apple Pie spice as I didn't have any pumpkin pie spice. I used my "8 mini loaf" pan and divided it out evenly (used a measuring 1/2 up to start). Then I used the back of a spoon to smooth out. Cooked for 25 min...PERFECT! These are outstanding. These are going to be added to the Christmas goody give aways! Will post my picture later.

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

Pumpkin Sheet Cake

I had to bake a cake for a funeral luncheon - I thought I had a cake mix...but didn't. I had a can of pumpkin thought...so of course I always turn to All Recipes.com for everything! This was outstanding...and lots of people asked for the recipe. I, of course, always recommend this site! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful recipe...it's a keeper!

Simple Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad

This was really delicious. I had it at work for a luncheon and wanted to find the recipe and they said they got it at All Recipes. The only thing I will be changing is the Ranch Mix is so salty, and I'm sure when I make it I will be cutting it and using only 1/2 if not 1/3 of the package. Otherwise this is a wonderful blend of flavors and has a nice creamy texture to it. I'm thinking I might use regular chicken also for getting rid of some of the salt. Also the gal that made it didn't put in the olives and again, I won't either to keep the sodium down. UPDATE: Have made this (actually tripled it for a crowd). Only put in one packet for a triple batch and it was plenty - I didn't put in the olives either - I believe that would make it to sour and salty at the same time. I've had requests now for my version - but I wouldn't have my version if not for this one...thanks again...this is a keeper.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I got this recipe at least 20 years ago from a co-worker and have made them every year at the holidays and they are a hit! You must use a mini muffin pan and yes they don't look done when finished baking but they are! These are the best!

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts

Soooooo Easy! This is one of my son's favorite desserts now. And like others noted you can so play with this one, by using different crushed items, and nuts, and also different toppings. Highly recommend this one.

Pizza On The Grill I

We did a "pizza party" last summer and we did it on the gas grill - we did personal sized for everyone-partially cooked dough - pulled off and everyone put on their own toppings - put back on grill - very low heat-to warm up toppings and melt cheese - OUTSTANDING! The crust gets crusty on the bottom and it is just wonderful. You must try this way to cook pizza.

Sweet Onion Corn Bake

This was a hit. I don't do dill so I didn't put it in and personally I think it would ruin it. That was my only change, and again, it was delicious. I listened to one reader about it being gooey...well it is suppose to be...don't over cook...like I did (even though the family said they liked the crusty part...ha,ha. Thanks again for the recipe!

Thai Chicken Tenders

I also did not care for this recipe. I was so looking forward to a good Asian type dish and this just wasn't it. There is way too much peanut butter in it and it is too thick. I will not make this again...sorry.
