Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Very good and easy dish to make. I did not add any lemon juice (didn't have any) and I also cut back on the mayo per other reviews. I also felt that steaming the broccoli and onion before was a waste of time so I just added it to the dish when you combined all the ingredients. Broccoli came out cooked perfectly (not mushy). Overall, I will definitely make this dish again.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

This is sooooo good!! I actually seared both sides in the pan with a little olive oil and then finished cooking it in a 375 degree oven.

Stuffed Shells III

Delicious! I took out the mushrooms and added some ground turkey for some meat. Other than that, I pretty much followed the recipe. Would love to try this recipe next time with homemade sauce!!

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Delicious!! I cooked the carrots until they were slightly undercooked and then added the butter and brown sugar. I then cooked them until they were tender.

Cider Vinegar Chicken

I love that this recipe is quick, easy, inexpensive, AND very good! I changed the recipe for just two people and was worried about how much garlic salt it said to use. Surprisingly, it worked out really good and did not over power the dish. I did take some advice from other reviews and added a little water to the dish and it came out perfect. Thank you! This dish is perfect for those days where you don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

MUST TRY! I didn't follow the original recipe, but added garlic and brown sugar per other reviews and OMG this was amazing! I also browned the steaks in the pan first and finished in the oven (like I always do) and reduced the sauce seperately (also doubled the sauce). Very sexy meal!

Alfredo Sauce

I LOVE THIS SAUCE!! I have been looking for a sauce like the restaurants and this is it!! I did add minced garlic to the sauce and it is perfect! I either serve this with pan seared chicken seasoned with garlic salt and pepper or shrimp.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

I made this dish for a romantic dinner with my fiance and we both just LOVED it! It is even better the next day. I may even try adding a little heavy cream to the sauce next time. THANK YOU!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I am so happy my sister made this dish one night. This dish is a regular meal in my house now. One thing I do is let the sauce cook a little longer after I add the cream so that it thickens. Otherwise the sauce is to thin for me. LOVE IT!
