Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
Great! I used 1/4 c whole wheat flour and 1/2 c all purpose and I used 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce. The muffins came out very well and were enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Thanks for a great recipe!

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
I had never made cheesecake before and made this recipe with some lower fat and lower sugar substitutions. It came out so well--the flavor was creamy and mild and just great! 45 minutes was the perfect cooking time for the pie.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
Great recipe and very easy. I read the other reviews and made a few changes that worked out well: I did 1 cup all purpose flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour. I replaced half the oil with unsweetened applesauce. And I used about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips instead of 3/4 cup regular chips. Also, I used fat free plain yogurt--the recipe didn't specify. The batter made 24 mini muffins plus six regular muffins. I cooked the mini muffins for 13 minutes and the regular muffins for 22-23 minutes. Delicious... I can't stop eating them tonight!!!

FABULOUS! I love the hint of cinnamon. My son and I made these with quick oats and white chocolate chips. Used a tbsp to measure out dough and made 32. Yummy. Thanks for the recipe!!

Double Layer Chocolate Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2009
Really delicious, especially given the lower fat and lower sugar aspects of this recipe. My husband, who is usually picky about me substituting healthier ingredients in recipes, devoured his slice of pie, as did I!

Indoor S'mores

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
Awesome! My husband and son love these s'mores bars. I add crushed cereal and mini marshmallows on top. This lets people know what's inside the bars and also makes them more fun, I think!

Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2008
Very yummy and truly fun for kids! I did a half-batch (changed the servings to 23 from 45) and didn't put in nuts. I added an extra bit of oats and krispy cereal to take their place. I also subbed 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour for the same amount of the all-purpose but did the rest all-purpose. They taste good and look good. I kind of think they need even more chocolate chips--maybe some white chocolate chips thrown in there would be good. They are really very good, though, and I do want to try putting together the jar as a gift as the other reviewer said. Thanks for the fun recipe!
