Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

my modifications: 1. Like others I simply shredded a grocery store rotisserie chicken 2. Added about 1/2 cup of fresh chopped basil 3. Omitted olives (i'm just not a fan) 4. Used a balsamic basil vinaigrette This was so good and was gone so fast! Will make again and again

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

This dip is fantastic. Not much to look at but hey, IT'S SALSA MIXED WITH SPINACH! You can't expect that to look too appetizing, but it didn’t look atrocious. All that matters is that it tastes superb! Next time might mix in either a can of diced green chilies or jalapenos to kick it up a notch! Thanks for the recipe!

Grilled Buffalo Wings

I personally would have given this recipe only three stars where it not for the fact that my friends raved over these wings. I made them for the super bowl and followed the recipe exactly. The taste was good but I felt that the soy sauce was a little overpowering and the hot sauce taste was not strong enough. The sauce was also a little runny and not as spicy as I would have liked. I prefer a rich and hearty sauce with a little extra bite to it. When I make these again (which my fiends will kill me if I don't) I wont actually cut down on the soy sauce used but instead double the amount of hot sauce used and possibly melt some butter into the sauce as well.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

I thought this was alright and would have given three stars, but since everyone else who had it loved it I gave it 4. I added one cup of sauteed mushrooms and used 2 cups of cheese. Other people didn't like the crouton topping, however I thought it was great and completed the dish quite well. I will probably make this again.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This recipe has made me known as the cheesecake master at my work. Every time someone's birthday rolls around they ask me to make it for them. I add cinnamon to my crust and have topped off the cake with fresh strawberries and a chocolate drizzle before. Every time the cake turns out beautiful! Don't think I will ever try a different recipe after this one!

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This was fantastic! Very heavy so be be prepared to feel guilty the next day. I turned this into a bread bowl for a friends surprise part and it was almost gone by the time the guest of honor showed up. Will be using this again and again. Thank you for the recipe.

It's Chili by George!!

Words cannot begin to describe this chili. I took just about all of the suggestions from previous people and rolled them in to one fantastic pot-o-chili. I added 3 diced habeneros, a can of dices jalepenoes, a can of dices tomatoes with green chilies, a lot of crushed red pepper and only about 3/4 of the can of tomato juice. I did it up in the crock pot overnight for a potluck at work and my co-workers couln't get enough of it. Great recipe will be using this one again!

German Chocolate Cake III

A co-worker told me that he used to think his wife's german chocolate cake was a 10 but after having this cake he has down graded his wife's rating. Frosting was a little runny but I doubled the recipe and drained off some of the extra liquid and it turned out perfect. Great cake!

Cocktail Meatballs

This recipe is MONEY! I added one habanero and one serrano (finely diced) to the meat and 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper to the sauce. I have made these 3 times and they have been devoured every time.
