Megan's Granola
A wonderful recipe! A few things that we found (as beginning granola makers): The sweetness was quite resonable for a granola. Next time I may cut it down slightly. The only other thing was that our granola didn't 'clump' as I expected, however, we removed it immediately from the pan and other reviewers suggested letting it sit, and that may have been our problem. Having only one baking sheet, it took four rounds to be able to toast all of it. Yummy on ice cream, yogurt and mixed in with other cereals, or eaten all on its own!
