Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2011
These are AMAZING!!! I've been looking for a peanut butter/chocolate chip cookie combo for a while and I think I found it! I made them this weekend for a 4th of July party and I got so many compliments! I didn't have crunchy peanut butter, but I had honey roasted peanuts. So I used creamy peanut butter and coarsely chopped about a 1/4 cup peanuts and added them to the peanut butter. Worked out wonderfully! The perfect amount of peanut butter taste and chocolate chips. Amazing!

Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
This bread is absolutely delicious! So delicious and so moist, and the spices were perfect! Truly unbelievable. The only issue I had was getting it out of the pan. Some of it stuck to the pan and fell apart when I removed it.

Amish White Bread

This was yummy! A sweet bread, so I would make it for breakfast or dessert and put a sweet topping on it -- such as jelly or honey. Yummy!

Broccoli Cheese Soup IV

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2010
The soup was easy to make. I wasn't crazy about the flavor as it had an overwhelming cream cheese taste. The cream cheese also didn't blend well, and the texture was grainy. Not sure what I did wrong. I'd be willing to try making it again...

Tiramisu I

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
This tasted fantastic! The flavors were all there and I was asked for the recipe by several!! The only thing is the same problem as the other reviewers had. It was very watery. The coffee was a puddle in the bottom of the pan. So I'm not sure what I did wrong, but it certainly did not affect the flavor!!

Chocolate Yule Log

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
This was a fabulous dessert. I made it for a Christmas Eve party. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make this! I thought the cake would be falling apart as I tried to roll it. But no, the directions were simple to follow, and this was so easy to make! And the taste of the cake...I had raving reviews and was told over and over that this was the hit of the party!!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
Sooo yummy, to die for cinnamon buns. This goes BEYOND anything Cinnabon or other commercial brands would make. These were a hit at Christmas morning breakfast -- two years in a row!! (You can make the same glaze without the cream cheese for those friends and family who can't have cheese.)

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2009
Not a fan of sloppy joes, but I thought I'd try this out seeing it is a bit different than the regular. I used a 15 oz can of tomato sauce instead of the ketchup and I think that made a real difference for the better in taste! Will use again!

White Chocolate Fruit Tart

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2009
Delish! I made a big one with the cream cheese and a small one without (cheese allergy). Both were delicious! I added a personal touch by drizzling chocolate sauce over the tarts. Yum!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
This was fantastic! I added some homemade roasted red peppers (about 6 strips) and used fresh spinach. My husband who doesn't even like spinach said it was great! Thanks!

Best Bruschetta Ever

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
This is one of my favorite appetizers and this recipe was the best I've ever had. I used roma tomatoes (about 4 for one recipe) and served it cold on toasted Italian bread. Made a double recipe for a party and it went before everyone even got there! Absolutely delicious.

Southwestern Chicken Barley Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2007
This was easy to put together and great for a large gathering! I added a 15 oz can of salsa (I used medium) instead of the diced tomatoes and it added a delicious tang to it.
