Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
Sorry, I can only give this 2 stars "as-is"...WAY too much flour and not enough broth to make a smooth sauce. I made it a second time with some modifications and it was superb that way, though! I doubled the broth, only used 1 tablespoon flour and added chopped garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and tamari. Much better this way, and lots of sauce to slurp up!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This bread is phenomenal! I get raves every single time I make it and I've been asked for the recipe every time. Its great as is, but I made a few changes and it elevates it to a whole new level! I use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce; substitute 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour for part of the all-purpose; I use apple cider or orange juice instead of water; double the cinnamon and nutmeg, and sometimes I add half a bag of mini chocolate chips. I make two larger loaves and bake for 65 minutes. They turn out dark, dense and very tender...a huge hit every time!

Taco Seasoning I
This really didn't impress me all that much...tasted very bland even though I used very good quality spices. Got the same reaction from my husband and daughter. Sorry, won't make this again.
