Cinnamon Bread I

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2007
Soooo simple and yet so good. Not too sweet but very moist, the cinnamon-y crust was my favourite part. It took just over an hour for mine to bake. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
Really moist brownies, I'm curious if anyone has had success in doubling the recipe? Because my roommates finished these within the night. The frosting did seem kind of crumbly at first (I panicked), but I found that it softens if you put it on the brownies while they're still hot out of the oven. Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2006
Everyone adored this mousse topping!! It really reminded me of those refridgerated McCain cake's frosting, so if you like that, you will adore this - it's even fluffier. Thanks for such a great recipe!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2006
I don't know if I can call these the BEST just because my personal favourite will always be my grandmother's recipe, but this is still a FANTASTIC cookie. They are so soft and chewy, everyone adores them. Thanks!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
I was so surprised at how well this recipe turned out! When I saw how simple it was, I didn't think the results would be so great, everyone was so impressed! I scaled the recipe to 20 but still got a couple more out of it. A suggestion, if rolling them into balls is too frustrating, I rolled it into a log and flattened the sides and cut it into rectangles/squares. If you are rolling them in sugar or nuts, I didn't find it necessary to refrigerate, but you should shape and then chill them before dipping them in chocolate. Thanks for a great recipe!

Easy Valentine Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2006
This is a really great recipe. I actually had to bake mine at only about 325 degrees, but that could have just been my oven. I also reccommend putting down parchment paper on your baking sheet because they can be pretty tough to remove. I used raspberry jam and powdered sugar, and it was so delicious, so perfect for valentine's day.
