Pumpkin Dip
This is a pefect fall dip. People always ask for the recipe. I always add a container of Cool Whip to make it a little fluffier. We like it with windmill cookies.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
I thought these really lacked in flavor. The amount of stuffing this made was WAY too much for 12 mushrooms, probably could have made 48. 2 cups of butter for 12 mushrooms seems a bit crazy. They didn't taste bad, they really just didn't taste like anything more then chicken flavored stuffing. Not what I expected from all of the great reviews.

Quiche
I thought this was a great make ahead quiche. I used bacon and cheddar and it turned out great. I think I will add some spinach next time.I loved making it the week before my Thanksgiving house guests arrived.
