Guacamole

Absolutely amazing guacamole and certainly worth the 5-star rating. I followed the directions exactly and included the cayenne. Made for a party and it was devoured. My only mistake was not making more! My husband - who loves guacamole - asks for this frequently now.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Cucumber Sandwiches III

I love these and make them for all of my parties. Good quality dill weed is a MUST. I've tried on white (French, sourdough) and dark (rye, pumpernickel) - definitely prefer the whites for this recipe, though I love dark breads.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Made these for a party - following the recipe exactly and making the meatballs from scratch. They were delicious! The meatballs were great plain and with the sauce were just fantastic. I put them out and they were gone - all 5-6 dozen - in minutes.

Beer Cheese Pretzel and Dip

I didn't make the pretzel, but the dip was very, very good served with Pillsbury garlic breadsticks. Very easy and quick to make.

Ibby's Pumpkin Mushroom Stuffing

Very good stuffing! I used it in stuffed mushrooms, so left the mushrooms out of the recipe. It has a nice wild, sweet taste. I didn't find it too sweet, but it is certainly sweeter than a traditional stuffing.

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

Love this recipe and make it often. I brought it to a company picnic and it was gone quickly, with folks coming back for seconds and thirds. I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil, usually use white onions instead of red, and sub Splenda for the sugar. I've also never used fresh dill - but, I buy a quality dried.

Perfect Berry Shortcakes

Absolutely loved the shortcake!! I didn't go all out with the berry combo, but just used a simple strawberry in sugar to top. Shared with a friend and her two little picky eaters - they all gave big thumbs up and smiles.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
