Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
Delicious but a little dry. I added a lemon wine sauce and it turned into a 5 star side dish.

Roasted Okra

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
Really good, I think it would be better with large chunks as described - I used the chopped okra (1/2inch) that I already had. Flavor was very good. The texture was off; but again, I think that was on error on my part with the chopped okra.

Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
I have never had acorn squash before this and it was wonderful! I didn't have a lot of time, so I did it in the microwave for the first 10 mins, and then into the oven for ten more, then finished it off with the broiler on low for 2 mins. Next time I will follow the recipe to a t, but i expect it to only get better! Oh, I put a bit of kosher salt on after cooking and it was very good.

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
very good, I ate mine for two weeks, I sliced it up and froze the individual portions! Worked like a charm. Next time I will reduce the spinach I put it though, a little too strong for my taste.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
Amazing! My first Potpie attempt and it was all the rave at the potluck! I did not use the egg white tip, and my crust was not soggy at all! It was crisp and delicious. Also, I used whole wheat flour and it was great.

great sauce, very similar to olive garden - way too salty though... reduce it in my opinion! Great base recipe though.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
I love this! Ill make them and freeze them so I can eat them all the time! I only use 4 cups flour and 3 of which i use whole wheat flour! It makes them have a much richer taste and is complemented excellently with mustard. I also use kosher salt for the whole recipe., not just on top. love!!!
