Cherry Ham Glaze

I didn't have corn syrup and it worked out just fine. I used all 13 oz of the bottle of preserves that I had. I didn't mix the left over glaze w/ the drippings. I served the left over glaze on the side. Was a hit with all of our relatives.

Southwestern Quinoa Salad

Very tasty, but way too salty. Next time I'm going to make my own adobo seasoning instead of using Goya's. That way I can control the amount of salt.

Hot German Potato Salad III

I am a german heritage and this reminds me of what my mom use to make when I was a kid. Definitely double the water and the vinegar. I used apple cider vinegar too.

Baked Potato Soup

I hate to cook, and many times recipes do not turn out the way they are suppose to. This was easy to quick to make. My picky family loved it. Next time I will 1/2 the basil.
