Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
It was one of the better meat loafs I've had or made. The texture was good and it held together well. The mushrooms definitely add to the dish. We really enjoyed the sauce that was put over the top toward the end of the cooking time. I can see some additions to the meat loaf to make it your own. Such as Bell Peppers, Chopped carrots, Jalapeno peppers, the list goes on and on. Great job Nighthawk. Will definitely be on my repeat list.

Carol's King Ranch Casserole
Thought it was very good. Took it to a church potluck, came home with an empty dish. Alot of complements on it. I made one sllight change, I cooked the flour tortillas in a dry cast iron skillet first. That way they did not get mushy in the casserole. Other than that I made no changes to the recipe. First time I try a recipe I follows the directions exactly. How can you honestly rate a receipt that you have changed to fit your tastes.

Wisconsin Bratwurst
I have used a variation of this recipe for years. This was the first time I used the butter, it was great. I will not enter the debate on boiling the brats then grilling or just grilling them or poking them or not. I love them all.
