Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
This is so incredibly easy and tastes fantastic. I also sprinkle liberally with celery salt inside and out and add a little garlic powder. Delicious.

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
This was excellent!! Just a note, I think this was intended to make two or three smaller cheese balls--I didn't realize that and made one huge one. Still excellent, but smaller ones would have a better ratio of cheese stuff to pecan crusting.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2007
I've made this recipe over and over and it's always a hit. I like cheese and zip so I add more parmesian and spices but I do everything else just as stated. I imagine you could save time and prepare the meatballs a day ahead to save some prep time for the meal (but I haven't tried this yet).

Egg Fried Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2006
This is the easiest fried rice ever. No need to precook and chill the rice, so it can be made with very little advanced planning. I substituted frozen peas for the green beans--it was a huge hit and so quick to make!

Korean-style Seaweed Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2006
A friend brought this to a Korean themed dinner party, and it by far stood out among the other "chef prepared" dishes. I loved it so much, I had to seek out the recipe. I can't wait to make this myself. Wonderful!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2006
OMG!!! I loved it! The first thing that I proclaimed was that "this is my new rice!" Seriously, this was amazing. I followed the recipe to the T, but towards the end, when adding the basil and cheese, I also added about 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbles. They melted well, but the occasional mound that was left in the orzo was a welcome burst of flavor! I used another reviewers suggestion, and topped with diced roma tomato! 5 HUGE stars!

Honey-Poppy Seed Cornish Hens

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2006
This was amazing. I dare say, my favorite way to eat a little chicken. It was so good, that I suggest trying this on grilled chicken. I ate the whole hen, a first for me. Thank you, we will make this again soon.
