Caramels

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2011
My first attem at cramels, this recipe hit the nail on the head. I read some reviews and made sure I focused on the recipe. Now people are asking when I am making the next batch. These are so smooth and creamy.

Ice Cream Sticky Buns

I call this a "hero" recipe. It's so easy and when the kids dug in, I was the hero! This recipe is on my short list of quick and good...best part is no clean up or need for storage, they were all gone.

These are easy and tasty. I took them to a holiday party and they were gone before they hit the table! chilled them in the fridge and they rolled up quite easily. I will make these again.

Grilled Pork Rub

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2005
Yea, I was brave enough to try this for the first time on my co-workers. We had a big meeting and I increased the recipe for 35 pounds of pork tenderloins! It was great! However I did also inject some marinade. But the reviews were excellent on the rub. Worked out great for me, and the flavor is outstanding...I will be a permanent part of my grilling toolbox! Thanks for the recipe. Next I will double the size again for a college tailgate party I am planning! 70lbs. of pork!!!!

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2005
I usually try a recipe out before I serve it to company. But I am a gambler by nature. I followed the directions to the "t" and added some extra seasonings. I deep fried the chicken at 350 degrees, and it turned out great. The gamble paid off. It was alittle extra work and time involved, however the chicken was a perfect compliment to my families Easter Dinner. Thanks for the recipe, I will use it again!
