This recipe is awesome. I too left out the sugar. It just doesn't need it. This salad tastes like a loaded baked potato and is a fraction of the mess. We had it with burgers tonight; my family gave the salad 2 thumbs up.

Mushroom Pork Chops

Delicious. We served this will brown rice and buttered broccoli. When I make this nest time I will add more soup. Also, I used half of a large white onion and generously seasones the chops. Mmmmm....

This is a great recipe when you're in a hurry. I would suggest skipping out on the bread bowl. The recipe really makes too much to put in the bread bowl and it'such a mess. Use a stiff cracker also (like a triscuit). I've taken this dip to two parties and it's gotten rave reviews.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are awesome! I just made them, but used white chocolate chips (because that's what we had on-hand and I couldn't wait to make this!). Everyone loved them. I will make this again!!

Cabbage Rolls III

These were so delicious. I would love to make them again soon. They are great re-heated too!! I loved the sauerkraut on them as opposed to pasta sauce (how I've always had them in the past). My husband loved them too. I had some meat/rice filling left over and made a meatloaf with it (adding a little spaghetti sauce and sauerkraut to the loaf).

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This pie is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! My husband and kids loved it; Since the recipe makes two pies, we gave one to my brother and sister-in-law - they also loved it. The taste of the filling is just irresistible and goes perfectly with a graham cracker crust. We'll make it again and again!!

Butternut Squash Soup II

We love this soup! It's an awesome, healthy meal and quite tasty.. I eat clean and, therefore, don't eat white potatoes. I left the potatoes out, and it was just great.
