Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
I followed this recipe to the letter and it is Awesome... it was beautiful when I pulled it out of the oven and put directly into the warming drawer (mistake?) Puffy and golden, but it fell..I will experiment with this...but the flavor and all the raves from my family was wonderful...sooo simple and easy to make. This is a keeper!!

E-Z Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
I needed something really quick and this was the answer. I had it all prepped and ready to go in 5 mins, maybe rushed too much. Followed the recipe exactly, but forgot the cream of tartar and added it in at the end (mistake maybe). I baked for 14 mins, but they wouldn't get brown on top, scared of them getting too dry so I took them out. I will definitely make these again, maybe next time baste with a little butter on top?? Great quick and tasty biscuit. Thanks Angela!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
Really a great cookie, although I had difficulty handling the dough. I added 1/2 cup more flour and added just a smidge more of each spice, made the cookies more fluffy. Next time I'll refrigerate like others suggested. It still was a great cookie.

Clam Chowder III

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2006
Great recipe. Added Thyme and Rosemary and sauteed onion and garlic per previous comments. Sautee in 2 tbs bacon grease for extra flavor...note; I cut this in 1/2 and I love a thick soup, but this was "spoon stand up" thick. Will make again with 1/2 amount of flour or another 2 cups of milk. A couple of shakes of tabasco dosen't hurt either.
