These are delicious! I didn't have marshmallow creme so I microwaved for 30 seconds 18 large caramel vanilla marshmallows. I also put them in the fridge before dipping and after dipping. My family loved them!

Zucchini Souffle

Delicious and easy. I grated the zucchini and onion. I also added rosemary in with the zucchini and onion and omitted the parsley. I'll definitely be making it again.

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly

I was scared to try canning, but this was easy. I made sure to wear gloves and a scarf to keep from burning my hands, nose, or lungs. I'm going to make some more batches, some spicier to give as gifts. I used the Ball canning guide to help with the particulars of canning. The guide came in the box of Pectin.

Marshmallow Fondant

This was really easy to make and tastes delicious. I didn't find it particularly sticky, but then again I have a 5 year old. I added 1 tsp of clear butter flavoring and 1/2 tsp of lemon extract. I also used Crisco instead of butter. I added coloring before I added the powdered sugar. I also added Wilton's white-white coloring to one batch to get an actual white. It worked well. This is a great recipe. I'll never buy premade fondant!

Fluffy White Frosting

Delicious! It is so light and fluffy, incredibly tasty! It is imperative that you beat this icing until it turns shiny which is about 7-9 minutes. It is almost like marshmallows or meringue. I put it on top of ice cream cone cupcakes and it was just perfect for the job. If you want a true white make sure to use clear vanilla.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Very delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! I used Italian sausage (out of it's casing) and Italian seasonings. It was so good we had to go back for seconds!

Chicken a la Good

Delicious! Didn't change it a bit. To make flattening the chicken breast easier and way less messy, put it in a large Ziploc bag and use the flat side of the mallet (or whatever it is called).
