Mom's Carrot Cake

YUM! Definitely a keeper! I used applesauce in place of half the oil and whole wheat flour in place of half the white. So good and moist. I just sprayed the pan with Pam since I was serving it out of the pan.

Baked Spaghetti

SO good! A fabulous mixture of a lasagna and spaghetti. Next time I won't mess with the foil lining though--it was hard to dip it up without getting some in the food.

Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake

Excellent! I used half whole wheat flour and the kids couldn't tell the difference, also low fat sour cream. But of course I had to add chocolate chipes!! Good recipe--thanks!

Hawaiian Wedding Cake I

This was great! I did mine in two 8 inch pans, layered and frosted with cream cheese. Yumm-my. To make it even more Hawaiian-ish, I sprinkled the top with chopped macadamia nuts and toasted coconut. Thanks for a great recipe!

Easy Lasagna III

Boy I was expecting a lot more since all the other reviews were so good. I've made lasagna many times before and will stick to my tried and true recipe in place of this one, even though this is easy. My son who loves lasagna wouldn't even take a second bite and was really disappointed since he was looking forward to dinner. It had WAY too much parsely taste, and heavy on the garlic salt too. I think fresh garlic cooked with the meat would have been better. Definitely needed mozarella too. Sorry!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Really good and simple. I agreed with some others that it had a bit too much soy sauce, so next time I'll probably half it. Also, the addition of 1 Tbs. honey was good. Thanks!
