I changed a few things in this recipe to suit my taste, however nothing drastic. I sautéed mushrooms and asparagus in olive oil to cut calories. I added fresh garlic instead of garlic salt and put together my own italian seasoning (oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil and rosemary). I am not a fan of tortellini, but I did use fresh five-cheese tortellini this time, but in the future, I will use any short pasta that I have (penne, shells etc.). My family loved this!
