Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2012
I love peach cobbler but have been afraid to make it because I have had so many cobblers that were awesome...Well this recipe is Awesome and my family loved it. I must admit I love top and bottom crust so I used a separate recipe for my crust. The spices and sugar make this a keeper for me and my family.

I doubled the recipe and used chicken wings. It was awesome! My husband usually doesn't like tomato based recipes but the balsamic vinegar helped win him over. Thanks for sharing what will be a family staple in my home.

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 25, 2012
I mostly hate macaroni salad. This recipe made me fall in love again. I took some of the other advice about reducing the amount of sugar. Still was great. I say play around with the ingredient amounts and make this Keeper Recipe!

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
I made this dish Sunday night and it was a hit. I didn't have ground beef so I used mild italian sausage which was a really good choice. I only used 1 cup of beef broth, a good amount of italian seasonings....it was goood....we had enough for several days. Oh, my side dish was yams...AWESOME!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This is a keeper. The flavor was good, a bit salty for us but overall good. We used the leftover sauce on some leftover noodles for lunch, paired with a light salad. Great recipe, Thanks!

This was Sunday Dinner last night. WOW it was great. I wasn't familiar with the Fontina cheese, it was delicious. The chicken was tender and tasty. I added a little sea salt and garlic to the flour mixture. Great recipe.
