Pork Chops in Red Sauce

Reviewed: May 5, 2006
I LOVED this recipe and am definitely putting it in my rotation. Very easy to make, relatively inexpensive (but I do suggest quality pork chops), and pretty healthy. I did use garlic salt on the chops to add a little something. I served with a caesar salad and oven baked pototoes.

Parma Wrapped Chicken with Mediterranean Vegetables

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
This recipe was so easy and delicious! I added provolone to the chicken and prosicutto wrap which I thought was delicious. You could even make this a good low carb meal by leaving out the potatoes and doubling the zucchini.

Pork Chop and Feta Skillet

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2006
We love this recipe! I make my own feta, basil, and sun-dried tomato mixture and I think it does make the whole recipe a little bit more flavorful. I usually serve this with a Greek or Caesar salad and some sauteed green beans.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2006
This was delicious and extremely easy. I followed the recipe exactly and agree that it was a little too salty so I would skip all of the salt next time. My boyfriend loved it!!!

We loved this recipe. The kitchen still smelt great from it this morning. I followed the recipe exactly and didn't feel any need for extra milk as other reviewers have said. I served with caesar salad and sourdough bread. Great weekday meal.

Lime Chicken Picante

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2006
We really liked this recipe. I scaled it down to just 3 serving but kept the same amount of marinade. Next time, I may even increase that amount because the marinade is so good! I took someone's suggestion and served with Cuban rice and beans but next time will probably serve over white rice.

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
Loved these meatballs! So tasty. My only problem was that they did stick to my aluminum foil a little too much. In the future I may let them cool and firm up some before trying to take them off of the cookie sheet. I served with a spicy marinara sauce and a spinach salad.

I used this recipe twice now and both parties were blown away! This is definately my leading recipe right now. Its so easy, quick, and different than most Salmon recipes. I served it with a simple angel hair with garlic and butter sauce as well as aspaugus. Yum!

Curried Chicken with Mango Rice

Reviewed: May 12, 2006
We enjoyed this meal last night but it wasn't the best chicken dish I've ever had. I took everyone's advice and cubed the chicken but I think I should have waited to put it in with the rice for a little while because it was somewhat dried out.

Chicken Slop

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2006
I agree with everyone else - croutons got too soggy and the whole dish was too salty. I took some people's suggestion and added shredded 4 cheese which did help a little with the salty factor as well as add some more flavor. I served with a garlic rice pilaf and a caesar salad.
