Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs

Loved these meatballs! So tasty. My only problem was that they did stick to my aluminum foil a little too much. In the future I may let them cool and firm up some before trying to take them off of the cookie sheet. I served with a spicy marinara sauce and a spinach salad.

Chicken Slop

I agree with everyone else - croutons got too soggy and the whole dish was too salty. I took some people's suggestion and added shredded 4 cheese which did help a little with the salty factor as well as add some more flavor. I served with a garlic rice pilaf and a caesar salad.

Gorgonzola Cheese Salad

This was ok but I think the dressing needs some more acidy. It was two watery to be considered a good cream dressing.

Parma Wrapped Chicken with Mediterranean Vegetables

This recipe was so easy and delicious! I added provolone to the chicken and prosicutto wrap which I thought was delicious. You could even make this a good low carb meal by leaving out the potatoes and doubling the zucchini.

Crystal's Chicken Saltimbocca

I feel that this recipe has a lot of potential but should be baked instead. I loved the combination of ingredients but the chicken got dried out very easily as I was waiting for all of the wine to evaporate. I will try baking it as others suggested the next time I try this recipe. I served with Pesto Pasta and a Blue Cheese Salad.

I made this last night for an easy dinner at home and we both loved it! So easy and so tasty. I copied someone else's suggestion of serving it with Mac and Cheese. Delicious.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

I used this recipe twice now and both parties were blown away! This is definately my leading recipe right now. Its so easy, quick, and different than most Salmon recipes. I served it with a simple angel hair with garlic and butter sauce as well as aspaugus. Yum!

Pork Chop and Feta Skillet

We love this recipe! I make my own feta, basil, and sun-dried tomato mixture and I think it does make the whole recipe a little bit more flavorful. I usually serve this with a Greek or Caesar salad and some sauteed green beans.

Spanish Salsa Rice

This recipe was very easy to make but didn't have all that much flavor. The peppers on top didn't really add anything to your typical Spanish rice recipe. I have a lot of leftovers so I'll be eating it again but I won't be cooking it again.

Oven-Roasted Vegetables

I was very underwhelmed by these vegetables. I agree that the red onion was the best part but the squash and zucchini needed a little something extra. I think I'll add more spices next time and take it out sooner.

Sirloin Marinara

Horrible! I made this for my roommates and our respective boyfriends last night and we all hated it. The steak is cooked for way too long and sauce was just not appealing. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes and that was the only thing that people went for seconds for. Try this recipes before you serve it to anyone else.

Lime Chicken Picante

We really liked this recipe. I scaled it down to just 3 serving but kept the same amount of marinade. Next time, I may even increase that amount because the marinade is so good! I took someone's suggestion and served with Cuban rice and beans but next time will probably serve over white rice.
