Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
I made this according to the instructions and it was VERY overcooked. If your SC runs hot consider cutting the cooking time.

Lamb and Potato Skillet

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
This was really great; fast, delicious and easy. I made it as written but saved some fresh dill to sprinkle on top at the end. I recommend making this in a dutch oven as I was running out of room in my large skillet.

Wendy's Quick Pasta and Lentils

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2008
I loved this recipe. It was easy, quick and really tasty just as written. I used Coco Pazzo Tuscan Lentil Soup. I've made it with ditalini and whole grain elbows. I liked the ditalini better but I am trying to stick with whole grain products. Anyone know of a whole grain ditalini?

Curried Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2007
The sour cream brings it from good to great. If you like curry I recommend doubling the curry. Serve with naan or papadum . It freezes very well.

Potatoes Madras

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
Good and I would make it again. I used sweet potato b/c that is what I had on hand - I added a little ground red pepper for heat along with the sweet. I recommend making this in a dutch oven - all of the ingredients would not have fit in my largest skillet. I agree with the other posters that it took longer than stated to cook. A nice recipe with lots of room for variation.

Romano Cheese Crisp

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
These were pretty good . I divided the cheese spread into three batches and used three different mix-in's - black pepper, sundried tomato and olive. The cheese mixture, while good on its own really lends itself well to adding other flavors. My only complaint is that they were a little salty.
