Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
The second time I made as is and really enjoyed this recipe. But the first time I didn't have any liquid smoke...not even sure what that is but it was great without. I also didn't have any soy sauce. I added about 1/4 c of A1 steak sauce and increased the amount of worcestershire to about 1/2 cup. A little on the sweet side but it was great!!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
Really good!! I didn't use a blender or food processor, just stirred them and it turned out great. I sauteed the onions and added put them in the tortillas and put more on top-I like extra onions.

Easy Indian Style Okra

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
I really ejoyed this! I put in the spices before my okra. Next time I will do the opposite because a lot of the flavor ended up on my onions-which were amazing! If you cut the okra it will be slimy, but I left mine whole and didn't have a problem. Its prettier this way too. Try not to stir it too much that will help and at the end turn up the heat to sear it. I would add more onions, since I liked eating them with the okra so much. *The second time I made this I didn't have any ginger or coriander so I add cinnamon, cilantro, parsley and lemon juice instead - it was pretty amazing!

Mushroom and Spinach Ravioli with Chive Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
WOW!! SO AMAZING! You have got to try this! The butter and chive sauce is simple but SO good! I had to add a little more water to my dough as well. I've made this twice. Once I didn't have cayenne so I used red pepper-still amazing. I also added 1/2 c ricotta cheese once and that was really good too.

Roasted Okra

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
I love fried okra, but this is great. It's healthy too. I left them in a little longer and flipped them so they would be crispy on all sides.

I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes and it was still very good! I have also tried it with just plain wheat bread and that was good too.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
I only used about 1/8 the bunch of cilantro (not a big fan) and used 3 cloves of garlic. I also added about 4 Tbs of sour cream because I was worried the texture would be too thick and taste too much like cream cheese. I didn't have celery salt so didn't use that. It was wonderful!!
