Shrimp Scampi Bake
We have fresh shrimp available all year, thus, this is a fairly familiar recipe.
We do however completaly devain the shrimp (two veins in shrimp), and use clarified butter to taste as well as a little tabasco for additional flavor.
This recipe lends itself to many variations according to ones tastes.
