Pasta Salad with Homemade Dressing

I made this for a dinner party and it was a big hit every one loved it. Save some of the dressing and add it just before you serve the salad or it can be a little dry. Otherwise I love it.

Southern Chicken Salad

This is very good. I made it for several girlfriends and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I made croissant sandwiches and added slivered almonds instead of cashews.

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

This recipe was very good, but I am glad I took other reviewers suggestions and cut back on the pepper. I doubled the recipe and only used 1 Tablespoon of pepper and that was plenty.

Carrot Cake I

I reduced oil to 1 cup and used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. The cake turned out very good and moist. I will be making this again, it is now my favorite carrot cake recipe.

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket II

This was good and very easy. I would make this again, but I do have a better brisket recipe (it takes a lot time and effort). The brisket was very tender.

Lap Salad

Grilled Venison Backstrap

This was very good and I am not a big fan of venison. There was no gamey taste. My husband loved it and wants me to cook it for his friends. I used a hickory flavored barbeque sauce.
